An expressive oil painting on thick card by the artist James McLernon, depicting a reclined female figure. Monogrammed to the lower left-hand corner. Label with additional details to the reverse. Signed with monogram.Condition
The condition includes slight creasing to the corners and light water damage to the lower margin. Small tear to the lower right-hand corner. Inspection under UV light shows no signs of restoration.

Artist Biography
Born in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland in 1935, James McLernon studied at the Working Men's College in Camden Town. His works have been exhibited in various exhibitions in London. He died in Tunbridge Wells in 2012.
