Viewed through a ruined archway of Restormel Castle, figures gaze out towards an expansive countryside view. The town of Lostwithiel and the River Fowey can be seen in the distance. The Restormel estate is owned by the Duchy of Cornwall. Beautifully presented in a gilt frame with a washline mount. Attributed on the mount. Unsigned. On paper.

Condition

Signs of wear consistent with age, including discolouration and light foxing to the paper. Light wear to the frame, and discolouration to the mount. Overall, the artwork is in good condition for its age.
