Signs of wear consistent with age. Inspection under UV light reveals previous restoration and areas of retouching. A tear in the canvas has been fully repaired to the reverse. There is a small white surface scratch above the toddler's head. Areas of craquelure to the lower left quadrant, as well as evidence of heat treatment. Light wear and scuff marks to the large gilt frame.
