An atmospheric watercolour scene of a moonlit street in the historic village of Porlock, Somerset. To the right side of the composition are the illuminated windows of the Ship Inn. A mother and child can be seen walking down the street. Presented glazed in a distressed gilt-effect frame and a cream painted slip. Monogrammed to the lower-right corner. Label to the verso which includes the title. On watercolour paper.
Condition
There are some small restorations to the moulding on the frame. Overall in very good condition.
