Description

A fine watercolour portrait of an Italian street vendor selling crystal vases and glasses. Very well presented glazed in a clean white mount and a beech frame. Inscribed with the title to the lower edge. One of a set of four by the same hand. Unsigned. On watermarked Watman wove, dated 1880.

Condition

The condition is very good for a picture of this age with only some minor surface marks and discolouration.
