A beautiful Indian story panel in gouache and ink showing a group of figures in bright clothing appearing to be gathering something in black vessels. The image is finished with blacks of handwritten text and a border.

The painting is presented in a wood frame with gilt molding, glazing and a pink/cream mount.

Condition

The frame is in fine condition. The image has areas of bookworm damage to the left edge and in the writing at the bottom of the image.
