A fine etched study of a lion with a wonderfully direct gaze. The artist has captured a wild glint in the animal's eyes. The image has been signed to the lower right edge.
The etching is presented in a very sweet glazed, wood frame with a gilt internal inner window and a cream card mount.
On wove.The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration. The mount has some dirtying but the frame is in fine condition.
