A delightful watercolour study of a man and his dog, keeping to the footpath through farmers fields. The artist has captured the scene in a delicate manner with short brushstrokes and a subtle palette. Well-presented in a smart oak frame with a new card mount. Signed. 'H. Moss' to the lower left. On watercolour paper.

Artist Biography

Moss studied at Dublin Metropolitan School of Art, Royal Hibernian Academy Schools, the Forbes School at Newlyn and Heatherley's. He lived at Howth, County Dublin, and painted in Ireland, England, France and Italy.
