Henry Edward Locke (1862-1925) - Signed Original circa 1889 Oil. A superb view of the coastal town of Southampton, England, in the day time. Presented in a very decorative antique affect moulded frame. Signed and dated. On board. Condition is typical for a picture of this age including some surface dirt and discolouration, and areas of wear to the paint surface, but generally the appearance is good. Inspection under UV light shows no signs of restoration. Frame has some very light wear but is generally in good condition.
