Henry Edward Locke (1862-1925) - Framed Original circa 1890 Oil. A superb view of the coastal town of Southampton, England, in moonlight. Presented in a very decorative antique affect moulded frame. Unsigned. On board. Condition is typical for a picture of this age including some surface dirt and areas of wear to the paint surface, but generally the appearance is good. Inspection under UV light shows a small areas of light restoration to the lower left corner. Frame has some very light wear but is generally in good condition.
