An interesting cut paper silhouette from the Paris exposition of 1889. As a small souvenir from the exhibition, this lady has had her likeness taken by the paper artist Harry Edwin. Well presented in a simple gilt frame. On paper.

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age, including some discoloration. There is light foxing and minor marks on the frame.
