A charming early 20th-century oil painting depicting the Coupure Canal in Bruges, Belgium. With loose, impressionistic brushwork, the artist renders a serene scene, capturing the soft reflections of historic buildings shimmering on the canal’s surface. Signed to the lower right. Well presented in a substantial gilt frame. On canvas on stretchers.

Condition
