A wonderfully detailed etching with aquatint by contemporary printmaker Graham Evernden. This particular coloured print depicts a countryscape with stretching views over rural fields in summer time. The crisp lines and definitive colour lends a graphic, almost photographic quality to the print. The artist has signed and numbered (145/200) in graphite below the plate. Accompanying the print is a certificate of authenticity and provenance from Christie's auction house. On heavy paper.Condition
There is some yellowing to the edge of paper. Otherwise in a very good condition.

Artist Biography
Graham Evernden was born in 1947 in Kent. He studied at Maidstone College of Art and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (first class honours) in 1970.
He worked for several years in London as a graphic designer before becoming a freelance printmaker and illustrator. In 1975 he was elected a member of the Printmakers Council and his work has been exhibited at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition.
He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Painter-Etchers and Engravers.
