An impressionistic painting of a coastal village. A figure rows on a rowing boat in the foreground. Signed to the lower-right edge. Part of a date can also be seen in the lower right corner, starting '5', but the rest has been cropped. On canvas board.

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration to the varnish. There are some small paint losses to the sky and around the edges of the board. Overall in good condition. Inspection under UV light reveals no restoration.
