A charming river town view, possibly depicting a Dutch city or town, by the Scottish artist George Kirkton Mutch (1877-1960). Dockside machinery and small boats dot the edge of the water, with distant buildings. Well-presented in a washline mount and gilt wooden frame, as shown. Signed and dated. On watercolour paper.
Condition
Some surface discolouration, mainly to the left and upper edges, and very minor foxing spots. The mount and frame are in fine condition.
