A trio of accomplished and highly detailed etchings showing three different views from around the city of Budapest. The first is an expanded view fro up high over the river Danube that separates the two halves of the city, Buda and Pest. The second is a view of the fisherman's bastion, Halaszbastya, and the third is a view of the castle at the lakeside village of Tihany. Each print is coloured in a tasteful ombre gradient from brown at the bottom through green to blue at the top. The expanded view of the river Danube has been etched with the Hungarian parliamentary coat of arms.
The plates have been inscribed with the print numbers: 1/27, 2/4 75/100. Each plate etching has been signed outside the plate lines by the artist.
The etchings are presented in smart walnut effect frames with an ornate inner window frame.
Signed. On wove.The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration. There is light foxing across the surface of all three prints and minor dents to the corners of the frames.

Domokos graduated from the College of Fine Arts in Budapest, along with Gyula Pap and was a student of Sándor Ék. Since 1966, he has appeared in public Group exhibitions and has presented his works in the Ernst Museum in Szombathely.
