A charming late 19th or early 20th Century work in oil, depicting a figure standing beside a cottage, with a small lake to the foreground. This work is sold for restoration. Signed illegibly. On board.

Condition

For restoration. There are areas of paint loss and surface abrasion, as shown. These are mainly to the lower half.
