A charming watercolour study showing the expanding village of Juniper Green, situated on the outskirts of Edinburgh, Scotland. Well-presented in a gilt-effect frame with wash-line mount. Signed to the lower right. With a copy of the concealed date (1879) and title verso. On paper.

Condition

Some discolouration to the watercolour. However, the overall condition of the artwork is very good.
