A very fine and flattering 19th century portrait of an elegant young women, beautifully presented in a rosewood frame with gilt window detail. The painting is signed to the lower right, with a historical inscription, verso. Glazed. On paper.

Condition

The watercolour portrait is in a very good condition. However, there has been several veneer losses to the rosewood frame.
