Frank Richards RBA - A gouache in an impressionist style depicting what looks to me to be a footbridge, with a reflection from the water.Lovely colours. On watercolour paper laid on card. Excellent condition.From a cache of Frank Richards paintings and drawings literally rescued from a skip. Most have a price on the back: anywhere from 6d up to 2/6, so these must have been in some type of car boot sale at one point, pre-decimalization.
