A fine impressionist landscape depicting winter floods surrounding haystacks and trees. Areas of expressive brushwork and impasto lend themselves well to capturing the flooded meadow as reflections ripple off the muddy water. Well presented in a simple wood frame. Unsigned. On canvas board.
