Gossip on the Street- This Mid 19th century watercolour depicts three boastful Frenchmen having a public natter in front of several french style houses. The artist has captured a dog to the lower right of the scene, with his nose to the ground, hunting for a scent. Unsigned. The charming watercolour has been well presented in elegant wash-line mount and modern gilt frame. On paper.

Some even discolouration to the watercolour. Otherwise in fine condition.
