A fine early 19th/ possibly late 18th century stipple engraving depicting a widower mourning her deceased husband. Heartbroken, the women can be seen leaning on her husband's tomb, closely watch by her cocker spaniel companion. Well presented in a decorative oval frame. Unsigned. On paper.

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration to the paper and light wear to the edge of the frame.
