Description

A highly decorative cast composition plaque with bronzed surface, depicting a female figure in classical dress, with a cherub at her feet holding a torch. There is a relief moulding of a coin to the reverse, inscribed 'Perfugium Regibus' with Roman Numerals. Well-presented in an ornate gilt frame, as shown. Signed with monogram.
