An exquisite 19th Century Cantonese botanical painting on mulberry pith paper. The delicate artwork has been fixed at the corners to backing card. This piece is well presented in a green card mount and modern wood frame with gilt detail. Unsigned.
Condition
There are a number of tears to the fragile substrate, the largest measuring 4cm from the left edge. Also with some areas of discolouration and foxing spots, as shown in photos.
