An exquisite 19th Century Cantonese botanical painting on mulberry pith paper. The delicate artwork has been fixed at the corners to backing card. This piece is well presented in a card mount and modern wood frame with gilt detail. Unsigned.
Condition
There are a number of tears to the fragile substrate, most notably to the edges. Also with some areas of discolouration and a small loss to the left edge of the frame, as shown in photos.
