Description

A Victorian portrait of a gentleman full of character. This portrait is in need of extensive restoration. It is presented in a textured plaster frame which also needs extensive restoration. On canvas.

Condition

The canvas has torn in several places and come away from the stretchers, resulting in sagging. There is wear to areas of the paint and heavy discolouration. The frame has large losses to the textured plaster surface.
