A landscape with a focus on the farm land and it's live stock. Whilst three of the cattle feed two have wandered to ford to cool down. It is well presented in a cream-painted frame with gilt highlights. Signed to the lower left. On canvas on stretchers.
Condition
There is some discolouration in the work and a small repair in the top left quadrant and the frame has some minor scuffs. Inspection under UV light reveals small bits of overpainting in the centre of the canvas.
