Description

A charming oil study of a birds nest full of eggs nestled between lilies, cornflowers, primroses and forget-me-nots. Painted with a delicate hand, he artist captures the intricate flowers and their dainty petals in an intricate, stylised manner. Signed to the lower right. Presented in a swept gilt frame with fine acanthus and shell ornament.

Condition

There is some light discolouration to the varnish of the painting.
