Description
A view of Pitt Place in Epsom, a large eighteenth-century house which was demolished in the 1970s and replaced by a block of flats. Presented in a wooden frame with a gilt-effect outer edge. Monogrammed and dated to the lower-right edge. On canvas on stretchers.Condition
There are some minor abrasions to the surface and a small restoration to a puncture in the canvas at the centre of the lower edge. There are some scuffs and marks to the frame. Overall in good condition.
