Description

An atmospheric nautical scene depicting a Frigate warship with three square-rigged masts and one deck of guns. Riding choppy waves, the ship sails under stormy skies, turning at an angle to fight the wind. Signed with initials to the lower right corner. Presented in an ornate, glazed gilt frame. On board.

Condition

In fine condition. Some markings to the gilt slip and minor scuffing to the frame.
