A Victorian charcoal and gouache study of a soldier sheltering a man in the snow. Laid to backing card. Well presented in a wood frame and gilt slip. Signed and dated. On wove.

Condition

Condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration. There are some minor losses to the edges of the frame and to the lower left edge of the backing card.
