A mysterious and vibrant gouache scene showing a figure looking at their reflection in a mirror as a crescent moon glows in the dark sky, visible through an open door. The artist has unusually layered the gouache with light colours over dark, creating texture and drama. The painting has been presented in a simple light wood frame.
