A delicate watercolour illustration of wild roses, inscribed with an excerpt from Shakespeare's most famous 'Twelfth Night' and a further excerpt from 'The Merchant of Venice'. Presented in a beautiful gilt-effect frame. Unsigned. Dated 24th October, 1893. On paper.

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age, including some discolouration and minor foxing to the paper. Light scuffs to the gilt-effect frame.
