Artist Biography

Emerson Harold Groom (1890-1983) was a painter and etcher. He studied at the Central School of Arts & Crafts. Groom was born and bred in Wandsworth, south London and his work in etching often depicted London Scenes. He was a member of Wapping Group and also elected RE. Groom also showed at the RA.
