A view at Louviers in Normandy, with figures on the street in front of the cathedral. By the well listed artist Edwin Thomas Doby who was renowned for his French and London street scenes. Signed with the artist's initials. Finely painted and beautifully presented in a later decorative gold frame. Signed and inscribed. On wove.

Condition

In fine condition. There is some loss to the frame decoration at the left side.
