Edward Sharland (1884-1967) - Original Early 20th Century Etching. Signed lower right in pencil. Titled lower left. Signed. On wove. Discolouration and small tears to outer edges of page. Crease to upper right and lower right corners. Image is unaffected and is in good condition.

Edward Sharland was a Bristol-born etcher and painter who specialised in architectural and landscape subjects. He exhibited at the Royal Academy, the Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool and elsewhere. A member of the Royal West of England Academy, he travelled widely and produced etchings of architectural subjects both in Europe and in many British cities.
