Description

A charming oil study by listed artist Edward Partridge depicting Llyn Gwernan in North Wales. In the foreground figures set out on a small rowboat before a vast mountainous landscape. To the left hand side of the composition a building that is now the Gwernan hotel can be seen. Signed to the lower right. Presented in a gilt frame with an egg and dart running pattern. On canvas.

There is some craquelure to the surface.
