An impressive gilt frame and slip with floral patterning and beaded detail. The frame itself measures (52 x 72.7cm); the window measures (39.9 x 60.2cm); and the rebate (41.8 x 62.4cm).

Condition

There are losses to the moulding at the corners of the frame, areas of retouched paint and scuffing to the gilt, as shown.
