A fine early 20th Century (c.1940) oil on canvas board. The scene shows a bridge over a river with many figures toing and froing. The Turkish flag can be seen on a small flagpole to the right of the bridge. The painting is unsigned and presented in a gold card mount. On canvas board.
Condition
The condition is typical for a picture of this age including minor discolouration and surface dirtying. The mount has some scuffing to the lower edge but is in otherwise fine condition.
