Early 20th Century Misc - The Victor
Description
An unusual triptych of collages using feathers, showing the stages of a cock fight, the final panel depicting the victorious fowling standing over the losing bird. Each collage is laid to a card panel that has a gilded edge and the triptych is presented in an original Hogarth frame with light brown mount and original glazing.
On collage on wove.Condition
The mount has a small watermark to the lower right and the frame has general tarnishing and surface dirt. There are two small losses to the two right corners.
