Early 20th Century Album - Graphite Figure and Gallery Drawings

Description

An interesting original early 20th Century sketch book, with over 40 small sketches in graphite, many depicting figures and portraits. It is possible that many of these drawings have been sketched from gallery paintings. There are several London addresses inscribed to the last two pages, including Westminster, Bayswater and Camden. With black cloth binding, 16mo, and green floral end papers. Laid paper pages.

Condition

The pages are detached from the cloth bindings. Wear and cracking to spine. Scuffing to corners and edges of the pages. Some scattering foxing and discolouration, expected for a book of this age.
