A wonderful 19th century study of a couple walking back from a very windy walk along a Scottish loch. The lady holds onto her hat while her companion has been unlucky enough to lose his in a gust of wind. Well presented in a Hogarth style frame. Unsigned. On watercolour paper.

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some minor discolouration and very minor foxing. Some light scuffing to the frame.
