A charming graphite study with watercolour wash depicting a roughly sketched woodland stream leading to distant mountains. Unsigned. Beautifully presented in a 19th-century gilt frame with beaded running course and rose and fern corner mouldings. On paper.

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age, including some discolouration. Stable cracking and minor losses to the gilt frame.
