A view down a street towards the sea at the coastal village of Staithes in North Yorkshire. Presented in a grey card mount and a distressed gilt-effect wooden frame. Inscribed with the location to the lower-left edge and signed to the lower-right edge. On watercolour paper.

Condition

There is some minor discolouration and some scuffs and scratches to the frame. Overall in good condition.
