A watercolour depicting a charming thatched cottage in Ringmore, Devon, near Soar Mill Cove. Presented glazed in a white and black double mount and a limed blue wooden frame. Signed and dated to the lower-left edge. Inscribed with the location to the left edge of the mount. Artist's label to the reverse. On watercolour paper.
Condition
There is some minor dirt trapped beneath the glazing and small scuffs to the corners of the frame. Overall in fine condition.
