Inscribed on the reverse.On laid. Main image is in fine condition. Light foxing and an area of water staining to lower edge of mount. Some scuffing and abrasion marks to frame.Dorothy Marguerit Colles was a visual artist who was born in 1917. Several works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'A portfolio of portrait studies' sold at Christie's South Kensington '20th Century British Art' in 2004. The artist died in 2003.
