UK Delivery
How much does UK delivery cost?
Nothing. UK delivery is completely free on all orders.
How long will delivery take?
We dispatch all UK orders within 2 working days of purchase. Most deliveries arrive within 2 days after dispatch, so you can typically expect your artwork within 4 working days of ordering.
Which courier do you use?
We use tracked courier services for all UK deliveries. You'll receive full tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
International Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We've delivered over 100,000 artworks to customers across the globe.
How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of your artwork and your delivery location. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase - no hidden fees or surprises.
How long does international delivery take?
International orders typically arrive within 7-14 days of dispatch. Delivery times vary by destination, and you'll receive full tracking so you can follow your artwork's journey.
Do you handle customs paperwork?
Yes. We take care of all customs documentation on our end to make the process as smooth as possible for you.
US Customers: Original Artwork and Import Duties
Good news for US collectors: original artwork is generally exempt from US import duties.
Under Chapter 97 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule and the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), original paintings, drawings, watercolours, prints, and sculptures are classified as "informational materials" rather than commercial goods. This means they can typically enter the United States duty-free.
We include proper documentation with all US shipments, including the correct customs classification codes and clear descriptions identifying items as original artwork. This helps ensure your artwork qualifies for the exemption.
Please note that while duties typically don't apply to original artwork, you may still be charged a small Merchandise Processing Fee by US customs. The tariff landscape has also been evolving throughout 2025, so if you have specific concerns about a purchase, we recommend checking the latest US Customs guidance or consulting a customs broker before ordering.
Who pays customs duties and VAT?
For international orders, our shipping charge covers transportation only. You're responsible for any VAT and customs duties charged by your country upon delivery. These charges vary by destination and aren't included in our pricing.
If you're unsure about potential import duties, we recommend checking your country's customs regulations before ordering.
Are there any countries you can't ship to?
We can ship to almost everywhere, with two exceptions.
Italy: We're unable to ship website orders to Italy. If you're based in Italy, please purchase through our eBay UK shop instead.
France: We can ship to France for orders up to €150 in value. For orders exceeding €150, please purchase through our eBay UK shop.
How We Pack Your Artwork
Every piece is hand-packed by our dispatch team on the day of shipping. Nothing sits pre-wrapped in storage - each artwork receives individual attention.
We use premium materials matched to each piece's specific needs, including custom-made boxes, inflatable corner protection for framed works, cardboard sandwiching to prevent flex, multiple layers of bubble wrap, and acid-free tissue paper in direct contact with the artwork.
Art isn't just fragile - it's irreplaceable. We treat it that way.
Tracking Your Order
Every shipment includes full tracking, sent to you via email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can follow your artwork's journey from our warehouse in Corsham right to your door.
Special Delivery Requests
Can I request delivery by a specific date?
Yes. If you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date, or you'd like to use a Special Delivery service, please contact us before ordering. We'll arrange the appropriate shipping method to meet your needs.
Can multiple items be shipped together?
Yes. When you order multiple artworks, we'll pack them together safely when possible, or send them separately if that's better for protection. Shipping costs may vary for multiple items - contact us before ordering if you'd like a quote.
If Something Goes Wrong
My parcel hasn't arrived
UK orders: If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
International orders: Please wait at least 10 working days from dispatch before contacting us, as we're unable to file lost-in-post claims before this time.
My artwork arrived damaged
Contact us immediately. We'll resolve it with a replacement, repair, or full refund - whichever works best for you.
Every piece is photographed before packing, giving us clear documentation of its condition when it left our warehouse. We've shipped over 100,000 artworks and we know how to make things right.
