A decorative 19th century gilt picture frame, finished with large scrolling acanthus ornaments and intricate patterned cove.

The frame is in good condition for its age. Stable cracking can bee seen along all four members and at the corner ornaments. Restoration work has repaired some of the losses and concealed small chips to the outer edge.
