Artist Biography

David Paul Rowan (B.1950) is a British artist who creates paintings of transport and subjects drawn from an enormous archive of different media. Rowan scrapes and layers acrylic paint to create his artworks. He has exhibited in the Royal Society of British Artists Annual Exhibition for several years and is a member of the Royal Society of British Artists. His works can be found in private collections in France, West Bengal India, Santa Monica, California and from next year in Sydney, Australia.
